ABOUT
As the first and sole designer at TEC, I set up company processes, workflows, and guides to help colleagues integrate design as a stage in their content production. I mentored content writers in image editing, video production, and video editing, produced banners and images for social media, collaborated with web developers and editors to maintain visual identity standards, and supported the marketing and engagement teams with internal and external events, reports, and presentations.

I also led the organisation, tagging, and access of company image assets on a shared drive, before working with an external company to transfer this work to an internal Digital Asset Management system online.
